Hey guys… HELP!

I am posting this for my friend Nikki who was one of my bridesmaids....let her know that Sonya referred you  She wants $2500, it's a 4-bedroom so that comes out to about $625 per room, or you can negotiate with her if it's too much.

My tenant is moving out in March.  Do you know anyone that is interested?  Or can you pass this along to anyone in case there is someone that knows anyone that is looking to rent my home?  You know my situation and I need to find a renter as soon as possible.  I’ll give you $500 if I accept someone you referred.  Just make sure they tell me you referred them to me.   Rent is definitely negotiable if it’s from you guys.
